Fantastic Facility and Staff!!! I have been with this property since October 2022. They are fabulous! The facility as well as the people who work there, are always very helpful. Luzmery is the current Onsite Manager and working with her has been easeful. She was very helpful and accommodating to some requests I made as I was downsizing from a fairly large unit to a smaller one. The property is kept very neat and tidy. When ever I go there I feel completely safe, and I have complete confidence my property is secure as well. I shopped around before landing here - its the best!

Curi Smith was very helpful! I didn't know exactly what size I needed.( I have to see to know sq. footage) she was patient as I went back n forth. She told me about this great special they had. Half price for 6 months! WOW. She was great. Ask for her and she'll make sure you get the right size you need for a great price

I stopped by to look for a storage unit since I couldn’t find anything within my budget elsewhere. The manager, Luzmery, helped me find a unit at a great price, and I truly appreciate her assistance and dedication to customer satisfaction. I will definitely be referring others to this location. This is a great facility. Very secure gate requiring access code. It’s in a safe neighborhood with quick access from San Pablo ave. We have had 2 units for a few years now and they are a reasonable price especially for this area. The management is on site, they are friendly and professional and keep the premises in top condition. Living in this area there is definitely a need for additional storage space and this place has been great for our needs.

Make sure you get a good staffing, not staff that are in your business, asking if you almost done. Being 4pm when the facility closes at 10pm. Rude customer service, just pick another facility
