He was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful, which really added to the positive experience we had at this Extra Space Storage location. It’s always refreshing to encounter employees who take pride in their work and treat customers with genuine respect. I highly recommend this storage facility—not only for the convenience of the location but especially because of the top-notch employees like Wil who make the experience even better.
LunaMary and warren are such amazing humans! This was my very first time EVER having to rent a storage. I was really nervous about the whole experience but everything was super quick and easy. I booked over the phone in a matter of minutes, went to the store to check in and had my storage units within minutes also. Not to mention they both had a lot of compassion and empathy towards me and we all know that most people are going through a lot during their moves, so their compasision really made the experience a whole lot better. Sade ThomasThe 2 works I met here are very nice! They make it very easy, I’ve came to this place now 3 times and got my storage really fast and easy. They are good at breaking down the cost of the storage with no confusion. It’s very clean and I’ve had no issues with them ever.

The front staff is helpful and decent corporate for this location however is a pain in the rear watch your rent prices and watch out if you are on automatic payment as they will suddenly raise them to almost double the cost I would not recommend renting here if I could leave a zero star review I would however the front staff at least gets one star for being helpful One minor point of contention was the fact that they specifically stated oh there are no light fixtures inside units however, as you plainly see from my photo, there is a light fixture in the unit and it does work however they claim that it does not And they refused to replace the bulb as per their statement of there is no light fixture there, and they do not care whether there is one there they will not replace it as what we were told
