The storage they offered was accessible via app or keypad. Most units are not climate controlled. I had to buy a Hygrometer (measures temperature and humidity) to see how temperature fluctuates in the unit and how humid it gets (I was here from May-Aug). Temperature range in the unit was 65-110 degrees (averages at 85 °F). The humidity range is 15-76% (averages at 38%). I setup for autopay and you must give them a 10-14 day heads up if you're leaving. It was easy setup at the beginning and easy check out at the end.
