I am beyond disappointed and frustrated with the management at StorQuest. I did the "right thing" by providing a full 30-day notice of my intent to vacate. Instead of providing a smooth transition, StorQuest immediately closed my account and blocked my access to the facility. I arrived with professional movers—whom I am paying by the hour with a strict minimum—only to find that my gate code and access had been terminated. Because they closed the account prematurely, I was stuck outside while the clock ran on my moving crew. The impact of their incompetence: Financial Loss: I am now forced to pay a massive bill for movers who are sitting idle because I can't get to my own belongings. Zero Communication: There was no warning that giving notice would result in an immediate lockout. Unprofessionalism: A storage facility's primary job is to provide access to your items. StorQuest failed at the most basic level of service. If you are looking for a place that respects your schedule and your money, look elsewhere. Do not give them notice until the very last second, or better yet, store your items with a company that understands how a move-out process actually works.

I needed to find me a place to store my Personal belongings. I’m in a process of moving out. I contacted Storage Quest, and this young man named Brendan answered the phone and he was very courteous and Enthusiastic. Brandon held a calm Professional tone. When I arrived to the location, Brandon stated “Welcome . How can I help you? I let Brandon know what I’m actually seeking and if I could view a couple of Storage units that are available. Brandon was very courteous and said “OK, no problem, I’d be happy to show you “ After looking at their storage units, I was undecided, but Brandon Being as professional as he was, we came to a conclusion what I needed. Brendan even offered to let me know that we can reserve the space which made it even more convenient for me. Thank you Brandon for the good professional warm welcome to Storage Quest. You’re awesome. We need more people like you.!
