I had the BEST experience today with Farrah! I initially booked my storage unit online (my parents referred me since they have a storage unit here too) and Farrah sent me a quick follow up phone call about 30-45 min after! Amazing follow-up. This was my first time ever renting a self storage unit. Before I went, I called her to ask for help to guide me to my storage unit. She happily said when I arrive, she would show me to my storage unit. When I arrived, she did just that! She had a great attitude. my little storage unit is perfect and just what I needed. :) if you need a storage unit, this is the place to have it!
