I’ve been at the Cedar St location for over a year now and I am so happy with the space I have. It’s safe, quiet, and the people at the facility are very responsive to any issues or concerns. Sara helped me move in and has taken good care of me all this time. Paul is a sweetheart who helped me when I recently ran into an issue, and was so proactive in taking care of what I needed, that before I even got a chance to address it with the front office, Paul had taken care of it already! Amazing place, great people. I highly recommend if you need safe and secure storage!

I'd been a renter for over 2 years. Using my unit to store inventory. Every day I bring in items and take items out. The little guy in the golf cart was friendly for almost my entire stay. Until one day he decided to start harassing me. "you're not allowed to work in your unit" multiple times poking his head in a just being generally rude about it. I got my stuff out of there as fast as it could. I was simply using the unit to store inventory. this guy ruined it for me. shame cause i would've stayed for a long time otherwise. They also raised the rent on me many times. i would avoid using this place.

Paul, Sara, Roper, and Andria are AMAZING folks! They’re extremely helpful, very professional, and have an answer for every question you can throw at them because they’re some squared away folks. The facility is extremely clean and well maintained. I HIGHLY recommend Extra Space Storage on Cedar St…OOOOOOOOOORRRAAAAHH

LOVE the help Andrea provided me! 💕 I came in to ask her questions about moving out on Monday and she asked me what was causing me to move out. I explained to her that my cat and I finally got our own place to live and that it even came with some neighborhood cats! She mentioned her volunteer work with an organization her sister runs and I asked her for the organization so I can get help with getting all the cats fixed. When I emptied my storage out I had dropped a vase in it that shattered. I went to let Andrea know and asked her to borrow a broom and dustpan and she told me it was ok and she would clean it up. Andrea is the epitome of LOVE and COMPASSION for her customers and I also thank her for her LOVE of the cats. Thank you Andrea!! 💜
