I’ve been to several storage facilities over the years, but this one truly stands out. Heidi, the storage manager, is exceptional. She took the time to personally show me three different storage units as well as the available parking spaces so I could make the best decision for my needs. I ended up choosing both a parking space and a storage unit, and the entire process was smooth, professional, and stress free. Heidi’s level of customer service is rare. She was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right solution. If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would. She is a tremendous asset to this facility, and her professionalism reflects extremely well on the business.

From the moment I walked in, Heidi made everything simple, straightforward, and stress-free. She took the time to understand my needs, explained options clearly without any pressure, and got me set up quickly and efficiently. But what really stood out was her ongoing support. She made me feel seen and supported during what can be a chaotic time in life (moving!), and I can’t thank her enough. If your location has Heidi on staff, consider yourself lucky. Management, please recognize what a gem she is—she’s the kind of employee who builds loyalty, earns rave reviews, and makes your company shine. Property is clean with secure access and climate controlled units. The property manager, Heidi, was very helpful and upfront about the day-one costs (insurance, admin fee, and a lock since we didn’t have one) as well as gave us a tour of the property, making sure our access code and app worked properly. She also worked with us to honor the online-only price as advertised even though I had made my reservation over the phone. It’s clear Heidi takes pride in her work and the property she manages.
