The Del Sur team is fantastic—the staff is helpful and makes the initial setup easy. However, be aware of the pricing structure: it’s a classic 'bait and switch.' They offer incredible introductory rates (like 50% off for two months), but expect your rent to nearly double after 6–12 months. Storage is brand new, campus, corridor and bathrooms are well maintained. My advice: It’s a great deal for short-term storage (under 6 months). For long-term stays, you’ll likely end up paying a 'loyalty tax' far above market value. Great service, but corporate pricing lacks transparency for long-term customers.

**** Updated Review *** 01 Mar 26 I guess I spoke too soon as I just received notification that my rent is going up yet again. In less than 2 years the unit rental price has increased twice and is now 50% more than when I first moved in. When I originally spoke to Brock about the issue I was told that they would waive the last price increase but to expect a price increase next year. Despite what I was told they still raised the rent again the following month. Not honoring your word to your customers is unacceptable! I wish I could give a zero star rating to express my extreme dissatisfaction with West Coast Storage's lack of customer service and I will be taking my business elsewhere. *** Original Review*** 29 Jan 26 I don't leave reviews but site manager Brock earned this one today. I had an issue with my unit and he went above and beyond to resolve the problem quickly and courteously. 5 star service from Brock!!

This would would have been a 1 Star review if it wasn’t for Manager Brock. Brock saved the situation from me moving out, find a more fair storage company (if that even exist) & leaving a 1 star. West Coast Storage has a good & caring manager right now in Brock and the storage building is very nice. It is not that nice to jump the rent 30% at a time. This seems to be the game that the storage company CEO’s love to play. These extremely greedy CEO’s know they have you because it’s a big inconvenience to quickly find another storage company, organize the plan & then physically moving all your items out of the unit, load up, unload at new storage location & then arrange items into new unit. If it wasn’t for Brock (knowing I would move out in a New York second, leave the 1 star review & spread the word lightening fast about the nasty game they so easily are willing to play with their customers) being on top of the CEO’s play book I’d be gone! So a great job was done by Brock & the storage building is a 1st class operation. Sadly, be prepared for the insane rent increases that the CEO is going to hit you with quickly. Hopefully Brock will still be there to help you out from the Insatiable greed that motivates this CEO.

i used WCSS for a bit more then 4 months and found everything perfect. The premises are clean and under continuous AC, also super safe. I failed to file in my timely notice, and still got a full refund. Also, prices are more then reasonable! Their team, in particular Brock, went above and beyond! Highly recommended.
