Nicholas Guerrero, or Nick as he’s commonly called, was incredibly patient and attentive in his approach to customer service. I had a fantastic experience from start to finish. His professionalism and attentiveness were truly impressive. I found Nick to be both persuasive and friendly, as he skillfully explained the different options available and helped me identify the deal that fit my needs perfectly. He also followed up with phone calls and communicated clearly and promptly. I decided to do all my business with him because he left such a strong, positive impression on me. I made sure to come in on the day he was working to finalize the deal. I didn’t really feel the need to speak with anyone else there; I was confident in my decision to work solely with Nick. For me, this is the go-to place for storage since it's conveniently located. I rented from this location before, but this time everything felt totally different. The gate is now accessible digitally through an app on your phone. Plus, there's no need to buy a separate padlock; I brought one with me, but they use a cylinder lock, which you need to purchase from them for $19.99.

Was looking for a safe, ground level unit for our office storage and found Extra Space on Egbert Ave in SF. Was a great experience!! We got a nice unit that we can drive up to, reasonably priced, the place feels very secure and the staff is really professional and helpful. Special shout out to both Irene and Nicholas who helped make this experience so smooth and pleasant. I would highly recommend this if you are looking for a storage space.

I needed a large storage unit for just a few weeks to store large crates for work. I had gone to the ExtraSpace Storage location on Ceasar Chavez and the kind team there worked with me and we figured out that due to the massive size of these crates, they would not work at this location. They then worked with me to secure a spot at this location on Egbert. Walked me through the whole process and really made sure that this was what would work best for my needs. Both the Cesar Chavez and Egbert location teams were super friendly, helpful and quick to respond - which I am so grateful for. This location is well maintained and it's so nice to be able to pull up directly outside the unit. Highly recommend and will be using them again when needed.
