The facility itself is top-notch—the most secure storage facility I’ve come across in the East Bay. If you’re looking for a reliable and secure storage option, I can’t recommend this location enough.

I have a music business out of my home and have had good experiences over the years with several storage places in the east bay. Recently however my storage needs grew and I decided to consolidate and get a larger space at Security Public Storage in El Cerrito. I started off with a 10 x 15 which filled up pretty fast so I added a second space but soon found I could consolidate back into one space. Then recently my storage needs expanded again so now I have 2 units a 10x15 and a 10x10 close by. I’ve had nothing but good experiences at SPS. It’s been six months now and I go there a lot. The lighting is great, the security is state of the art, the place is totally clean. The staff is great particularly Kimberly and Corina, the 2 lovely people at the front desk who help everyone, and make people feel at home. Together as a team they’ve guided me through the process of consolidating and switching units, plus they’ve made any paperwork seem like a breeze. It easily deserves 5 stars. I get a good feeling every time I go there. More recently I have consolidated back to a single unit. Am still a very happy customer.

I truly appreciated John’s genuine customer service and as a student running a sustainable retail nonprofit, I highly recommend Security Public Storage’s services to everyone of need.
