Very clean and Liz's customer service is delivered with excellence. She greets everyone with a smile, and she is so pleasant to work with. I refer anyone looking for storage to her property, because I know their items will be well taken care of. And when you leave, you can't help to smile with appreciation.

I spent a lot of time researching storage options in the east bay area and decided to move forward with Security Public Storage-San Ramon. I'm so glad we did! Liz is absolutely amazing to work with! She provides detailed explanations of the entire process, is always willing to answer any questions, and proactively ensures nothing is overlooked. During stressful moves, her pleasant and positive presence makes all the difference. The facility itself is well maintained, clean, and secure. There's a security sensor for each unit. I feel very confident leaving our items at this facility. There is also a lot of parking available that can handle cars and trucks. I highly recommend this place for all your storage needs!

Storage space is clean and climate=controlled. The area is very safe. Liz was really helpful and facilitated our move in and move out experience seamlessly. Reasonably priced and locally-run. Liz helped me look into other move out options over the phone, and was genuinely helpful (we had to bring the items out of state) . It was the perfect location for storing my daughter's dorm items during the summer break. We highly recommend it to anyone who may be looking for storage options in the area!
