This location is a 10/10 for customer service! Neil & Joe have been the best and are so helpful. From the moment we signed up, to anything we needed during our time here and then even closing out, they are above and beyond helpful. Thank You Both! The facility is great and always clean. My unit was used for extra home decor, overflow of household products and work gear. Anytime we showed up, the lanes where always clean and well maintained. This facilty is outdoors and is close to nature so my suggestion is to keep your belongings in plastic bins with lids which I did and was happy how well my stuff kept. We had a 10x30 which I think is the biggest avaialble. We utilized this location for about 1 year. If you're looking for a storage solution, definitely check them out.

Do not trust this facility with your belongings. Our travel trailer was stolen from this location despite their “secure” gates and cameras. The manager, Neal, initially refused to release footage to police and later provided incomplete video under a different case number. Even though two cameras directly faced our storage spot, that footage was never shared. None of the footage provided showed our trailer leaving the lot, despite the gate cameras being fully functional. This place offers only a false sense of security. Neal is not trustworthy, and storing your property here is a waste of money and peace of mind.

Going through a Divorce is painful and I was pleasantly surprised with the service at Extra Space Storage . I can’t remember The young ladies name that was helping me, but she did tell me she was from another facility filling in. I explained my situation and my budget and she helped me find the best unit that I could afford. While I was there the other day, a Santa Clara public safety officer drove through the facility which made me very happy that my things would be safe here. I’m glad I chose this facility to store my belongings which are basically part of my life. Thank you .
