Our facility offers a variety of unit sizes including interior climate controlled units (heated and air conditioned) as well as outdoor drive-up accessible units. The units have high ceilings as well as high security cylinder locks to protect your belongings. You can rest assured that anything you store with us is safe and secure. We provide a high tech security system, which includes electronic keypad access and digitally recorded video surveillance.

This facility features a beautiful covered loading and unloading area where you can park and unload your belongings in all weather. In addition, we have moving carts available for your convenience We also offer a large selection of boxes and packing supplies, making us a one stop shop for all your moving and storage needs

Always clean, great staff, there's a bathroom, gates till 10

Santa Clara WEST COAST STORAGE is by far the best. I have rented at least 15 lockers in my life maybe more. From Salinas,Monterey, Campbell, Willow Glen, San Jose. W.C.S. has clean grounds and hallways, always mopping, the bathroom is clean and smells great. The staff is amazing always positive and helpful. Karen AND Johnny really make me feel at ease knowing that they are watching my belongings. They are the best around. I've done the homework for you. If you want a good storage place, this is it!

Avoid

They do not have enough carts so if you are on the second floor you are screwed. When you ask for help or to borrow a hand truck they look at you like youre a dope.

Needed something quick and affordable

Booked online, came in to the facility and was immediately helped by Omar who gave me a number of options. We landed on the perfect ground floor 5x10 and was able to take advantage of some promotions which save me $. Overall a great experience.

I had a really great experience with the difficult and annoying job of self storage at this facility. In large part this has been due to Karen, the very excellent manager of the facility that makes the whole process a breeze. She worked with me through each step of the process and made it feel like I had a 5 star, hassle-free, professional experience. The facility was also clean and felt very safe. Elevators were large enough to make the move easy with bays that abutted the move area. My unit was as described and worked well for my needs. Overall, facility 5/5, exactly what I needed. Staff/manager (Karen) 1000/5, great experience, wonderful customer service, lovely person. Would likely use them again when I need storage. (This review is also posted in Yelp, this is on purpose.)

Omar was very helpful and make it easy to do the moved out and canceling my storage unit. I recommend Omar to anybody that I know to go use West Coast Self Storage because of how friendly and helpful Omar is with what you need for storage unit.

West Coast Storage not only has the best promo prices of the available units in the area, they have a professional and helpful staff. Johnny was patient and answered all the questions I had along the way. He was very personable and are transparent of future pricing The unit is CLEAN and the carts are in good condition. Johnny took excellent care of me today. He was very patient and showed me three different storage units. After a short discussion I decided on getting one of the units. I feel that having more space is definitely nice, but the excellent customer service sells itself.
