Im absolutely thrilled i decided to rent a storage unit at this location. Its local , clean and the tenants seem decent. Management is my favorite thing about this place. Sarahi is kind, knowledgeable and very welcoming. She stays busy working and engaging with the tenants. Extremely helpful and easy to approach. 5 š stars!
My husband and I walked in and wanted to see if we could look at the different spaces they offered. Right away the PS associate,Samuel, helped by showing us around and we agreed on a space. We loved the idea so much that we booked it immediately. Samuel was very informative, helpful, and kind spirited. So grateful that he made it a positive experience.
Sarahi had called me back about my online reservation but it turns out sheās in a different property. Itās a no-brainer for me to choose her property instead. Excellent customer service skills and very friendly!

Highly disappointed with this facility. I signed a contract for 24/7 access to my unit only for it to be removed without proper notice and I had to find out the hard way. I got my unit in October with no issues other than the minor inconvenience when the app wouldnāt work to open gates/door. Tonight I get to my unit without issue and loaded some items in my car assuming I can go back and forth as I have done in the past with the 24 hour access I originally signed up for. I was dumbfounded when I was unable to get back to my storage unit because I was locked out. I thought it was a mistake and after multiple attempts called the number on the box for assistance. I was in complete shock when the representative over the phone told me that this location no longer offers 24 hour access. I let him know that my unit was unlocked and asked why was I not notified by mail, text, email or phone call about this change. The rep over the phone verbally confirmed that the change was automatic and it is the responsibility of the property manager to reach out but he can see on his end that no attempt was madeā¦. I emphasized multiple times that my unit was unlocked and I desperately needed access to at least run in and secure my unit. The rep āattemptedā to give me a temporary code to get access to the building so I could lock my unit. The code did not work⦠I asked to speak with a supervisor but was told that the escalation team was closed for the day and was told to just come back at 6am to lock it. Itās extremely frustrating and unprofessional that I signed a Contract for 24 hour access to my unit and not be properly notified that the service I specifically signed up for is no longer offered at this location. It is not fair that I have to stress all night that my unit is unlocked due to this situation and have to stress about getting there at 6am. Extremely disappointed with this location.
