If I could give more than 5-stars I would. We found Extra Space Storage online thankfully. This location is closer to our apartment than our previous location with another company. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. Lower monthly rate that actually was based on 30-days, and not a grift like others that go on the first of the month regardless of when you movenin or out. Esteban is our manager. He keeps the location safe, clean, and everything is in excellent working order. Everyone wirking with him at this location is polite, very hard working and always helpful no matter what you ask. The online account system is very user friendly, as is the gate code and general administration. Especially for older adults. Esteban spent time with us to explain everything and confirm or clarify anything we had questions about. They keep a watchful eye on who comes and goes which makes you feel safe when you arrive until you depart. Every employee we have met is so helpful and pleasant. To the extent we actually ended up renting a second unit on the day of move in. My elderly Mother had some sentimental item in another storage facility for nearly 25 years. We moved and instead of staying with that national brand that price gauged her, we found Extra Space Storage thankfully! Thanks to Esteban and the entire team! Because of their efforts we can confidently HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location!

Kevin was so kind and helpful in assisting me with my storage unit selection! I had no idea which unit I should go with and he made a really good recommendation that was also cost effective for my budget. He explained everything in detail and made me feel reassured.

So great that they have a unit open! These units are always full. Pam and Raquetta are very nice and professional. Always willing to help. We can borrow dollies, door stops, carts, etc. Units are super clean. The hallways are a nice size. I will keep my unit after I move out! Sorry guys! I'm part of the problem! If I move, I will use them again!

I had an excellent experience with Extra Space Storage from start to finish. Kevin spent a considerable amount of time helping me determine which unit would be the best fit for my needs, and his patience and professionalism truly stood out. The facility itself is very clean, secure, and well-organized, with carts readily available to make moving large items easy. I needed storage ASAP, so the location was incredibly convenient for me. Kevin was outstanding. He was extremely knowledgeable about pricing and the different unit options, took the time to explain everything clearly, and helped me find the perfect unit. The entire process was quick, smooth, and stress-free. His friendliness and willingness to help made a big difference, especially since I was in a hurry. He was informative and professional. He gave me a full walkthrough of the facility, explained the easiest ways to get in and out, showed me the loading dock, tested my access code before I left, and made sure I received the best deal possible. His attention to detail and customer care made me confident in my decision to store here. Overall, the customer service here is exceptional. The staff is responsive, attentive, and genuinely helpful. I’m very glad I chose this location and would absolutely recommend Extra Space Storage to anyone in need of storage. 10/10 experience. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Very smooth storage rrental. The most professional, helpful, efficient and kind staff from Eric, Esteban and Kevin. Everything they described prior to the rental was accurate, contrary to some other storage companies. They are very accommodating and flexible. The premises are very clean. I am extremely happy with storage rental process.
