I was looking for a storage unit for a few days I came into BuxBear storage and actually felt like I found a great spot. Lily at the front desk was awesome she took her time explaining everything and walk me to my new unit. She also helped with the app for the gate I'm note tech savvy but she helped me get it all set up. I would recommend this storage facility if u like people that actually smile and help.

Great experience here. Location worked out perfect -on the main road and close to the freeway and food. The manager was always reachable and so helpful. She was great to work with especially with the stress of the move. Clean and secure spot too. Such a blessing to find this place. Highly recommend! Stayed pretty cool even in summer too- preferred to be able to just drive up to my unit rather than dolly in items. Works especially great if you have larger items

First off Susie and Lilky are absolutely exceptional employees who have gone above and beyond for our family to ensure that we've recieved exceptional customer service hospitality and communication. We suffered an emergency situation and needed help negotiating what's best for our family at a moments notice. They did just that and extended help outside of the norm of their job requirements. I cannot begin to thank them for a smooth transaction during this time of healing. Easy to move and start over. Their service kept us loyal making it convenient for everyone.
