It's not often that I give a five-star review. However the manager of storage pro Management went above and beyond to accommodate my needs today. I was going to rent across the street at public storage. Needless to say I did not end up getting a storage unit over there. Their computers were down and they would do absolutely nothing to accommodate the fact that I had an entire load of stuff that needed to be put in storage so I could continue moving. I was under a tight time strain. I can tell you that they have their customer service on point. I highly recommend the Santa Rosa avenue self storage. Another added feature that I really liked about this storage unit is the fact that they have alarm systems on every unit. When you come in the gate and put in your code the alarm goes off and as you're leaving you put in your code and the alarm turns on. That in itself is comforting knowing that all my valuables and family heirlooms will be safely and securely stored during their stay here in the storage unit. If you're looking for a storage unit look no further. Chow for now.

The restroom was always clean. It was nice to have on the property. The customer service was always respectful and excellent. Even when they called to remind you about your upcoming and past due bills, everything was respectful. They didn’t make you feel bad. They seem genuinely concerned. I used their services for several years and never had one bad experience. When I left, I asked if I could borrow a broom to sweep up my storage unit. The rep told me that all that is required is that I get my stuff out and that I did not need to sweep it. Nice to know that somebody in this day and age still treats, the customer as valuable and with dignity and respect. Thank you. Santa Rosa Ave. Self Storage.

Initial Entry Review: Staff was incredibly friendly and very helpful! I was impressed with the efficiency and articulate explanation for how the contract works and what was expected of me to ensure a safe loading/access of my unit. I would suggest anyone bring their own lock BEFORE they rent a unit as you'll have to either go home and get your lock or simply purchase one at the front desk (very affordable: about $10 for the basic style padlock and $16 for the upgraded style). I'd suggest having someone else added to the authorized access list be with you (if possible) to ensure their ID is copied for the system to permit them to enter freely (during access hours which is Mon-Sun 7am-6pm) in case you're not able to do so. Overall, I was in and out in about 20 mins or so. Very pleasant experience! I don't foresee any issues upon closing of the account/unit. --- Update --- Manager Chris was phenomenal. I can't say enough about how pleasant my experience was. We closed our account in August and it was super easy to get it all done! Remember to follow the rules, enter your code upon entry AND exit. Leave your unit clean when you're done with it and everything will be great! 5 stars!

I've really appreciated the pros working in the office of Santa Rosa Avenue Self Storage. I've met Jerry and Chris. Both have done an excellent job working with me. Jerry got me signed up over the phone with a storage unit when I was 2,500 miles away, and got me easily situated with the unit when I finally arrived. Chris helped me on a parking issue that I had on a weekend that I appreciated. Even the lady in the office has been great. Everyone is a professional here, and that any renter would appreciate. I've been renting here for almost two years and the experience has been great. I always feel safe and secure while on the property. There's a bathroom which is nice to have available. Definitely recommend this location!
