The gentleman at the counter was top-notch — incredibly helpful, patient, and genuinely understanding. From the moment I walked in, he made me feel like I truly mattered, not just another customer. He took the time to give me clear, helpful tips on everything — how to get in and out easily, where to park, and how to make sure my belongings are secure. His kindness and professionalism made what can be a stressful process feel calm and manageable. The facility itself is spotless and very well-maintained. You can tell they take real pride in keeping the building clean, safe, and organized. I’m very grateful for the level of care and respect I was shown, and I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a storage facility that’s both clean and staffed by people who truly care.
