Won't let you cancel youre account and will charge you for another. Month even if all ur stuff is out on the 1st of month and u explain u want to cancel why would u be charged for a. Month of storage ur. Not using? + misleading promotions hidden fees no $1 first month or waived fees

I would not recommend this storage facility to anyone. After a break-in that resulted in the loss of my personal belongings and sensitive information, the management team has shown zero professionalism and absolutely no willingness to cooperate with the investigation. Their attitude has been dismissive, and instead of helping, they have made the process more difficult. What’s even more concerning is how the break-in was carried out, it appeared that the individuals responsible knew the company’s protocols and procedures for incidents like this, raising serious questions about possible insider involvement. When you trust a storage company, you expect them to protect your property and support you if something goes wrong. Unfortunately, this management team has done neither. If you value your belongings and peace of mind, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
