We are Seniors, travel 1/2 of the year and near Santa Rosa the other months, all made possible by renting a storage unit at Security Public Storage for the last 10 years. We are loyal customers because of the FWY accessibility, nearby restaurants, UPS mailbox office across the street, ease of driving in and parking at your unit to load or unload, good access hours, safety and excellent customer service and genuine care of manager Terry and Jessie in the office. Totally recommend!!!!

Terry was great!! From the moment she picked up the phone I could tell that this business was all about customer service. She walked throughout all of my questions with kindness and patience and she was very helpful. Even when I came in to finish my paperwork she showed a tremendous amount of patience, kindness and professionalism in the midst of phones ringing, alarms sounding, and customer questions. She was not only able to help me with my transaction but also kindly answered phones and tried to help everyone that needed help with wonderful customer service.
