I used google to search for a new and secure storage unit, just for a couple months, and I came across West Coast. What an awesome experience! So easy and the management is so helpful. I signed up online and when I got to the facility, the manager walked me right through to make my process quick and easy. I love the security they use. I feel like my belongings are safe and I don’t have to worry about someone stealing them. Thank you West Coast. Highly recommend!!

I am posting on Google as I am so disappointed in this new storage facility that I’ve been using! I have only been renting here for several months, and just received notice that they were increasing the monthly rental by 52%! That is an outrageous increase no matter how you look at it! Unfortunately, it looks like I will have to move again because I am not paying an additional $720 a year to rent a storage unit - no matter how nicely it is done. I do wonder how many other customers will be moving out!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 — Easiest Storage Experience Ever I found West Coast Storage on Google while looking for a long-term unit, and within seconds of submitting a quote, Sami called me personally. Her tone and kindness right away stood out—she wasn’t pushy, just super friendly and helpful. When I came in, she took the time to show me a few different units, let me pick what worked best, and even gave me a discount for coming in person. The whole process was simple, quick, and honestly the easiest storage experience I’ve ever had. You can tell she actually cares about people, and that makes all the difference

I wish we could be more positive about the brand new West Coast Storage here in SR. However, there was a lot of missing/misleading information on their website. Not as user friendly compared with other storage places Case in point, for a 5 x 10 unit, the cost indicated "Half off for First Two Months" at $37.00. This did not include the lock needed which was extra and, although the www was supposedly available to register and pay, we had to drive there to complete the transaction ( no one there at entrance as only one emloyee showing a different unit) and found out that the cost did not include ins. which was mandatory. Good points abt this storage is clean, and easy to get to. Employee was friendly once he made an appearance. :/

This storage facility is great. Clean and decent prices! Ben the manager gave me such good service, showed me a few units which helped me decide what I needed. I definitely recommend them.
