Initially everything was good however there had been some problems on the site and I didn't even get any notification about it. It was so clean initially then just a few months there had been some.bad smell that would not go away. I just appreciate that the managers are quite helpful, there was just one person who was rude. I just wanted to wash a piece of plastic box and he thinks like im taking a shower at the toilet

Signing up for a storage space was super easy online. All of the paperwork was detailed and completed efficiently along with payment. Access was smooth, my storage was clean, and the guy at the desk was helpful when asked for assistance. Overall it was a good process and will recommend. Thank you!

The service I received from Jordan, made my first time ever using a remote location to store my personal belongs a sinch. Not knowing the exact size of the unit I wanted was not a problem. Jordan not only ran through all the available size units with me, but also physically showed me the spaces I was untreated in. After picking the right unit for my needs, he took the time to explain the technicalities of the lease agreement even though I had a physical copy and email of the agreement. Going above and beyond, leaving no room for misinterpretation. I find this type of customer service a rarity in this age of technology we are in. After using the unit I chose for about four months I needed to downsize. The process of terminating the lease and starting a new one was seamless. I simply ended my old lease agreement. Then started a brand new agreement for the new unit I chose to move my stuff to. Since they are obviously different units you obviously need a new lease agreement. I could tell some people in the past got irritated or confused that they couldn't just "transfer" the lease to a new unit with the way Jordan went into detail on the reasons why. Once again I appreciated the time he took and appreciated his pleasant manner while doing so. Needless to say I give them a 10/10 hands down recommend. And the facility was super clean!

I was asking the security guard about the bathroom, and he acted distracted by doing other things so he wouldn't tell me where the bathroom was. I had to go to Target. I definitely just hope the month is over so I can get my things out of this place. 😡🤬 I don't understand why they put people who don't like their jobs serving people. They're no good at that. I would definitely never return to this place.
