Renting here was fast and easy. The Manager, Dan, made sure that everything was taken care of and had excellent communication, as well as being very inviting. The facility is really clean and welcoming. I moved into my units from another local storage facility that was significantly more expensive, so with the reduced pricing, even across multiple units, it was definitely worth the time and expense. I am very happy with the decision to move and will be here for a while.

Dan was amazing and very helpful. I had not seen the storage facility so I was a little skeptical as to what to expect since I was reserving the unit site unseen. To my surprise the Simi Valley premises was very clean and well kept. The storage unit was also very clean a ready for us to store our items. We personally met Dan who was very nice and professional, it was clear to see he takes pride with managing a well run machine. Dan is truly an asset to Extra Space Storage.

I moved into Extra Space from another well known orange colored storage company. I’ve been here for about a year and I absolutely love it. I had to move home after a divorce so my life was essentially moved into a storage unit but I truly feel like it’s cleaner and safer here. There are several security levels to get through. The unit itself is clean, dry, never musty or humid. All my furniture and important belongings are safe and sound. No fears of mold or dust. I cannot confidently say the same things about the former storage facility I used. I love the staff, Dan has been very helpful to me on many occasions. I highly recommend for short term or long term storage needs. Plus… it’s next door to the best burger joint in so cal, who can resist. Thank you Extra Space.

Dan and Kevin were incredible and so helpful. We had a rough time this week with apartment hunting and they were able to get us into a unit in less than 24 hours and were incredibly accommodating. I cannot recommend this location of Extra Space Storage with the help of Dan and Kevin enough. We would not have survived the week without them. They were so kind and understanding of our situation.
