They made moving out of our unit easy and stress-free, and even helped us find a unit that better suited our financial needs. Highly recommend this location and their team.

I Called and got a quote for an RV space, i was quoted $199/month. I called around and found a very comparable storage facility and was quoted $119/month. We decided to go with the more affordable option. Over the next 3 days, Prime storage called me 3x per day to follow up and see if we wanted to go with them. I told them unfortunately not as I had found a more affordable option. Prime storage asked about the competitor and pricing - the agent said they would call me back after speaking with their supervisor. They called back and enthusiastically told me they would be able to match the price and I could come in this weekend to pay for my spot and move in to the unit. Today comes and my husband alone with our child went to get the unit. NOW ALL OF A SUDDEN they can no longer price match and want us to agree to a $150/month contract instead of the $119 THEY AGREED TO. After being told they could price match i spoke with the gentlemen directly at the facility 3-4 more times to confirm everything before we came in today. I am furious. I needed my trailer moved this weekend and now I cant. It really put me in an unfortunately position and I will not recommend this company.

Hands down! The very best customer service over the years. Even with changing hands and new faces. The corporation dials in on customer satisfaction and the employees themselves are always top notch. It’s clear they like their jobs and are willing to go the extra mile in making the sale without pressure but incentives!! It’s also nice to have the flexibility of opening my storage unit up until 10 in the evening! Prime Storage is number one! They also have an in-house insurance you can purchase. Everything about Prime Storage is reasonable and reliable.

The facility was great, but my two star review is for their pricing and adjustment policy. I was told that my monthly charge would be $39. Then I started to notice that the monthly charge was closer to $60. When I inquired, the manager told me that they had sent me an email about insuring my wine. I never received this email nor was able to pull it up from my history. I subsequently provided my Homeowners insurance policy in the next month it was back to $39. But they would not adjust the erroneous higher charges that they charged me gov the 3 previous months! They said that It is not their policy to do so. After that, I moved my wine out!

Prime Storage has a great facility in Sonoma. The staff was incredibly helpful in getting everything set up. I was using a Pod for my move and they let me drop it for a day to unload into storage, which was super convenient. Thank you!
