Worse experience. Was looking to only use it for one month special for 30 dollars. Beware they will lie to you saying they won't bill you. I specifically ask if I was gonna get bill for next month, was told no I will take off the auto pay for you since your using for a month, then I was bill for 89$ the day I was moving out on the 14th. Gave me a late fee bill as well . Beware of the special. Horrible experience, love being lie to your face by the front counter lady about automatic billing. I'm closing out on the 31st now of October. An guess what they are gonna bill me 130 for the 1st of November anyways even telling them I'm moving out. Don't use public storage for a month special they will scam you.

Miss Linda, the property manager is always nice and polite. Any process needed in person is always conveniently fast and pleasant. I've never had an issue on the property, and always feel safe while Im there. I am pleased with the rates and recommend this location to store your charrished belongings.

I’ve been public storage for about four months now I have a storage in Stockton California. My storage unit is at 1717 Sanguinetti Ln. I would like to give a good review for the gentleman Chris😊😊 that works there. He was very helpful, thorough, wonderful. Excellent customer service skills answered all my questions. Chris😊😊 is an amazing employee. Thank you Chris😊😊 for all your help. I do really appreciate that. Chris😊😊 is an amazing employee to have and this is the first time that I did speak with that gentleman. Thank you again for your help. Much appreciated.
