No it was great until they raised the rent suddenly another $20 a month which is totally ridiculous I'm going to make me move out of there. Their customer service is fine. Maybe a little overzealous sometimes but they're helpful. It's easy to pay your rent online. Pretty safe place. However there are no cameras which I find not very comforting

Manager Kim, was very nice & professional. The premises is very clean & new they didn’t have any carts yet available, which they apologized for any inconvenience this caused me.

It’s the well-lit corridors, the affordable pricing, and the "we’ve thought of everything" vibe that makes you feel like they care as much about your stuff as you do. I would recommend to anyone with too much stuff and not enough space!
