Extra space storage has been amazing! I stored my Horse trailer, at the ranch where I boarded, however, it was in a very dusty spot with trucks and trailers going through daily. Though it was convenient because it was near my horse, I was in the process of selling it and I wanted it to continue looking beautiful after its wash and detailing. So I decided to move it to extra space storage while I was listing it for sale. It was such a great idea because this trailer stayed beautifully clean, and safe in their neet and tidy, and easy to access storage facility. I sold it quickly and efficiently In no small part because it was well taken care of at extra space storage. I highly recommend it!

Five stars to this place and especially the manager Vanessa for top-notch service. I am super appreciative of how conscientious and diligent she is. We’ve had a much better experience here than at Public Storage by far.

She made the entire process simple & super easy as it was my first time ever renting a storage space. She explained unit sizes and gave me the best options for all I had to store away. I don't like the constant price hikes but the service is top notch, the units are clean and pest free, and the locations are convenient. Sue in particular has been the most helpful rep over the years, always calling with updates and offering solutions. Her caring customer service is what has kept me doing business at the thousand oaks location over the years. Give her a raise and a promotion!

Sue was incredibly helpful!!! She answered all of my questions and informed me of things that I needed to know, but didn’t think to ask about. She made the whole process incredibly quick and easy. She told me about the different promotions going on, and I feel like I got a great deal! I highly recommend this storage facility!
