Located off of Del Amo Blvd. and Anza Ave., StorQuest Self Storage in Torrance is dedicated to providing you with the most professional, safe and convenient storage option. Providing you with drive up access and a variety of unit sizes, this location is equipped to accommodate all of your storing needs.

Each unit requires a lock and insurance, both of which may be purchased at move-in.

Hawthorne W 147th Wished I had listened to my intuition from the start

Thereﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s clearly a reason why this place has so many units available, just sayinﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢. Not one customer Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve spoken to has anything but horrific things to say about the staff Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m particularly one chic. She was rude from the second I walked in the door to sign the lease and every single time Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve had to encounter her. We have rough days so I gave her the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately this is just who she is and she runs the place like a prison. Raised rent no notice (30 days required per their contract) then evicted me for getting stuck inside gates and forced to stay in vehicle overnight. Scolded for leaving trash by the janitors closet and for holding the sliding door open while moving stuff in. No dollies or wagons without checking them out at front deskﾃ｢竄ｬﾂｦ which means dealing with her. No thanks Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢d rather continue to break my back! Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s seriously ridiculous and corporate hasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t responded. FYI

Clean, Friendly Staff, Secure.

I highly recommend StorQuest in Torrance on Earl St. The facility is clean and well kept. Compared to other places this was the best value. Walter was a pleasure to deal with. He went thru all the details when signing up. Great customer service. 5 stars for customer service.

I had a great experience with this storage facility! The property is always very clean and convenient to access. I consistently felt safe visiting my unit, even after hours, which was really important to me. A special shout-out to Gilbert, he is absolutely amazing! He’s friendly, outgoing, cheerful, and incredibly helpful. He truly goes out of his way to check in, offer assistance, and make customers feel welcome. A++++ customer service! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable and well-maintained storage unit.

Literally the best service I’ve ever had in my life! The manager Gilbert stayed back half an hour after close so that I would make it in time (stuck in traffic) still took the time to show me multiple rooms to make sure I got the perfect space & gave me detailed instructions. I have used many storage units in the past across LA & this is the best so far. The space is great & secure felt safe. Amazing customer service thank you so much!

The best storage facility around LA. Great location, easy access, clean and most of all, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. If you need anything or have questions, Gilbert will be there to support you. I had such a great move in experience! Thank you for making it so easy!

The staff at the Torrance facility is great! Gilbert provided outstanding service and was such a tremendous help to me. He went out of his way to assist, and is an excellent addition to the staff there. Lastly, Mario, the District Manager, was extremely helpful as well. It is so refreshing to see such great customer service provided by a local business.

I found this storage place to be the easiest to work with. The customer service here is awesome, especially Jesse at the Torrance location on Earl Street. I stopped by on a whim after driving by. I’m so glad I did. Everything was streamlined and customer service was friendly and continues to be. I will continue to be a satisfied customer at StorQuest as long as I need storage. I won’t go anywhere else. Also great deal without sacrificing quality.
