Juan has been incredibly helpful from the moment I chose my storage unit all the way through moving out. The unit was clean, and I always felt confident that my belongings were safe, it was truly waterproof, dust-proof, and rodent-proof. When it came time to move out, Juan made sure I had access to a dolly and went above and beyond to help me secure my items on the trailer. Thank you for your excellent customer service! It’s like renting space from family! Juan is such a kind man! The entire property is clean and easy to get in and out of! I love that they have business meeting rooms as well! We had our office holiday luncheon in one of the rooms and it was perfect! I cannot recommend this place enough! 😁

When we were looking for storage one of the main concerns we had was security and ZipSpace Storage provides that. Also the containers they use for storage help keep your stuff from the elements. Juan who works in the office is very courteous and helpful.

Highly recommend this place! Storage units are air/ water tight with absolutely no mice or bug issues. Rented a unit with for almost two years without a single problem of any kind, and the monthly price only went up a tiny bit in that timeframe. I lost the key to my lock several times, but the staff was very helpful in removing the old lock and they actually sell locks on site. The office has a bathroom, water and coffee station, and a place for you to sit/ conduct work if necessary. Staff is consistently friendly and helpful. Juan is always very informative and personable. I recommend this place to everyone in need of a storage unit! I personally drove 30 minutes out of my way just to rent a unit here because I saw they had such good reviews. 10/10
