I've been storing my arts and crafts here for about a year. I also have small pieces of furniture that are meaningful to me and clothes. The employees have been helping me with finding a cart to transport my stuff from my car to the elevator and I am very grateful. I can depend on Nicole and Summer to come through if I see a problem coming through the gate for example and the code doesn't work. They are so hardworking and talented that I could have left my storage room and gone on with my personal belongings and the busy life I live a long time ago. However I like the customer service here and that alone has kept me here at Huff St and upgraded recently to another unit and I love the deal I got. Thank you so much.

I have rented a space at Secure Space Storage Vista for 3 years now and am looking forward to giving them notice. Today broke the camels back. Not only has the closet elevator to my unit been out of service for months, my rental rate doubled in three years, but today I had to provide my drivers license as collateral to use a cart. The latter had not have been a big deal but the office was closed and carts locked up. I called and text the number per the sign on the window…no response. I found another couple finishing up and asked if I could take their cart. That’s when I found out about the license. I load my stuff up an put in storage. 20 minutes later, I return the cart to find another sign saying they are out to lunch. I text again, no reply. 10 minutes later another customer knocks on the window but no response. 30 minutes later I hear them talking in the office. When I look inside, the “manager” holds up her finger to tell me to wait some more. Shortly after she hands me my license. I tell her thanks for making me wait. She tells me I’m rude. I lost it. I told her she was rude for letting me know she was going on break shortly or returning any of my calls or txt. She then sarcastically says happy new year..No apologies, no ownership, no customer courtesy ever given. No txt saying, hey I’ll be right there or hey sorry but I’ll be back from lunch in 20. What really gets me was she was in the office. She never left. And I’m rude.

I will never use this storage again it is like pulling teeth to get my past 2 months of rent that they charged me and I didn’t have a unit, I moved out 2 months ago. And they still haven’t payed me back. Other than that and the elevator not working for a year and only 1 door to get in the ladies that worked there were very nice and helpful. I don’t like to talk bad but this storage space is not for me or the couple of friends I met there they had problems also.

Beware of SecureSpace Storage. In my experience, it’s been a nightmare from start to finish. An online rep told me I could move in until 10 p.m., but when I arrived, that turned out to be untrue. After five months, my rate jumped by $110 with no meaningful explanation. I had to switch units and was placed on the second floor; the elevator was out and only one upstairs door worked. Another tenant warned me they never fix anything, and it showed. Even after I left (or was told to), I was billed for two more months—I’m still fighting to recover roughly $780. Worst of all, on Christmas Day, in the rain, my girlfriend slipped on a wet, broken stair. This place felt unsafe, unreliable, and uncaring. Based on my experience, I would avoid SecureSpace and take your business to a facility that keeps its promises and maintains basic safety.
