She even showed me how to use Bluetooth to access my unit. She also showed me again when I forgot. Raymond cheerfully introduced himself and helped me locate my unit. He even reminded me that the facility has carts for customers to use. I am so pleased that the entire property is extremely clean and well lit. I feel safe accessing my unit at any time of day.

The biggest selling point is that she and her husband are onsite to answer and help you. Other storage units have move to automated self service, no one is readily available on site.
