Very fast setup. Clean storage units with easy access. Appear to be very secure. Staff was very helpful, pleasant, and thorough; showing me around, making sure I knew how to get in and out, and that I understood the terms of the rental.

Its been a very good experience being able to talk to the staff on the phone and also be able to do everything else online. Its a very clean location they have in Winton. Management is doing a great job.

My husband and I purchased a locker of theirs at a recent auction. At first everything went well, customer service was great and they were willing to accommodate that I was walking into a back procedure so they offered me an extra day to have someone clean out the locker. This is where it went down hill. We always take screenshots of the items in the locker were bid on so we can make sure nothing has been taken or tapered with. Well, my husband right of way noticed items missing. He went to the office where they denied this items missing so he showed them the pictures. Then their time changed. We paid cash and rather than handing the cash back we were told they would send us a check. After making the necessary phone calls and a police report filed for theft we received our money back and will not be buying any more lockers or even using this place to store our items.
