It is nice to work with a person who is genuinely pleasant and cares about my needs. She was very helpful when I thought I was ready to downsize; securing a unit and coordinating timing of move. If I have questions or need anything she is always responsive. I can't say enough about her or the fact the facility is always so secure and clean. I have never had to worry about critters or dirt and garbage in my space. Thank you for taking such good care of me.

Summer Day
This is a fairly new storage place and looks clean. However, there are lots of mouse/rat droppings even with outdoor traps. My complaint is the rent of $94.00/mo for a 10x10 jumped to $188.10 with NO notification. 100% + increase is ridiculous. What a scam.
