Stow Away Mini Storage

The 1 star is not towards the manager more towards the owners. Our RV was broken into broke both outer storage doors sway bar & locking chocks were taken, tried to pry off door key lock cracked the door messed up keyhole bent door frame all up but luckily didn't get inside moving trailer out today. The lack of no video cameras just means this will keep happening. This was our 2nd time being stole from 1st time it was the propane cover. No longer taking chances not a safe place for RVs

The 5 star is for the current management, not the incoming corporate management. I have been a customer for over 25 years. The original manager passed away and Mary started managing. I was very happy with the service and accessibility to my unit. In the 25 years, the total monthly payment $65 is barely double what it started as ($32). Double may sound like a lot but over 25 years, it is not. Now the mini storage was bought out by a corporation. Mary is leaving and they are bringing in new workers. I stayed over the years because of the small town business feeling I always had here. Now it will be just another corporate mini storage. Had they kept Mary, it may have still had the small town feeling, but they didn't. I believe there will be many changes coming. I cleaned out my storage unit today because I don't want to deal with it. Thank you, Mary, for the great customer service you always provided.

Stow away mini storage use to be the best storage in town miss mary was the manager then and now it’s the worst I’ve ever seen the manager don’t know her name older long grey stringy hair she harassed me so much calling me up back to back to back for like 5 minutes doing really weirdo things she is convinced that she knows when the horrible horrible mice/rat problem happened or rather accorded meaning the mice ate my face masks the whole bottles many bottles my Mk flip flops 5 of them and the property manager will not let me speak to any higher ups she’s comptely nuts and is very over barring and aggressive towards me my sister said what is that ladies problem so many times
