Nancy over at CubeSmart is the most incredible person I've ever worked with!!! She has gone above and beyond to help me with a delicate situation not only when I first moved here, but also when I needed to move units at the last minute. She is great in a crisis, she's always available to help you and she is the most compassionate and sincere person I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with! I definitely recommend renting here because I feel so relieved knowing that all the things precious to me are safe and sound; and it's all because of her!! 💜

We have been at this facility for quite some time now and Nancy has always been great the facility is quiet clean and feel safe it's tucked away so that's nice the only thing that I would say could be better is the price hikes for the same unit being offered online for cheaper other than that Nancy has always communicated to us the situation of our unit when it was almost up for auction we managed to be fortunate enough and blessed to save it from auction but with the late fees and late payment fees it was super expensive to do so . Otherwise I wish that Nancy was able to have more say so in being able to give loyal customers some kind of incentive for the price hikes or some kind of waved fees for loyal customers. Not much she is able to do there. But she has always been friendly and sincere with everything.still 5 stars 🌟

Nancy at Cubesmart has been tremendously helpful. She helped me get everything setup with my account and auto-pay. She's easy to work with and has been able to answer all my questions when I have them. Above all else, she really does provide great service. I accidentally double-paid for my unit and she called not long after it posted to confirm the transaction. I can’t say enough about Nancy, Cubesmart and how great they've been to work with!

I love Nancy! She took us in and gave us a great experience. The price is reasonable. It's so much cheaper than where we were before. It's a good size storage unit. I feel my stuff is secure. It's tucked back behind some other businesses so I feel safer there.

Nancy is always great and friendly she has always been prompt and professional, she has gone out of the way just to make sure that I was okay when late or hadn't seen her in awhile. And the facility it's self is great price good location and if I'm running g a bit late getting out the gate after 10pm it's not a big problem( not that that has happened much) so I give Nancy and her facility a 5 star and would recommend to anyone looking to get a storage unit
