Unlike managers at some storage places I found Jennifer to be really helpful. She walked me thru a couple of options and then set me up with an outside, drive up 10' x 20' space at a good price. I even got an access code that was easy to remember - meant to be!

I have been a customer at this location on and off for several years. This past Wednesday, I needed to rent a unit to help out a family member, and by the time I arrived, I was frustrated and exhausted. From the moment I walked in, Samantha completely turned my day around. Samantha was friendly, genuine, and patient from start to finish—especially since I was a bit all over the place. The next day, I came back asking if it was possible to switch to a larger unit on the first floor. Not only did she make it happen, she went above and beyond and found me a first-floor unit close to the entrance. That small detail made a huge difference. Unloading a 20-foot U-Haul was fast, smooth, and way less stressful than it could have been. Samantha truly understands what real customer service looks like—kind, patient, and proactive. I stopped in to complete my reservation and Jenni Marie was very helpful. There was an issue with the unit size not being available. Jenni was able to get me the next larger unit for the same price. She was very pleasant and offered excellent assistance.
