My experience but the business was okay until the end December when holidays came in they want to lock me out of my unit and only allow me to go in my unit and store hours for false complaints on me I also caught the worker on his lies I understand that this business had a few problems because of other people but it doesn't mean to put false claims on somebody that is doing the right thing for himself I've been hearing a lot of rhyming stuff that this business has done to people I didn't want to believe it until now I'm dealing with it myself this is a corrupt business

From the very beginning, Extra Space Storage in North Boulder has been nothing short of outstanding. They’ve been incredibly accommodating, genuinely affordable, and above all, impressively personable. I had the pleasure of meeting the facility manager on site, who was direct, professional, and truly pleasant to work with. What really blew me away, though, was the level of service I received even when I wasn’t present. Another facility manager went out of their way to help coordinate a move for me remotely, and they handled it with such care and attentiveness—it far exceeded my expectations. If I could give this place six stars, I absolutely would. I’m honestly floored by the customer service. I can’t stop singing their praises—thank you, Extra Space Storage!
