He took the time to explain all my options, made the paperwork simple, and answered every question without rushing me. The facility was clean, secure, and well-maintained, and Tim made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Moving is already a lot to handle, but his customer service made a big difference. Highly recommend working with Tim if you need storage — top-notch service all around!

Location is excellent, and the property is well-maintained. The unit I rented was easy to access. The customer service is excellent (Tim is great). My only complaint is pricing. My price for a 10' x 20' unit started at $195 but within one year had jumped to $330. Tim was able to get the rent reduced a little, but it was still too high for me. I just checked that same unit type and the first month's rent is $1 and the second month's rent is $98. How does this make any sense?

I've had an excellent experience with the storage facility, especially with the manager on property. I drove into town from out of state and originally planned on storing my belongings with a friend. When that fell through, I was on the hunt for storage. Super grateful Tim's assistance and getting me set up, helping me set up a code I could remember, and just being a genuinely nice person.
