Update: 12/22/25. I’m happy to change my review from 1 star to 5 stars. After my initial concerns, management followed through and resolved everything. All of the stored belongings were accounted for, they refunded the lock fee, and credited $25 toward next month’s rent. While it took about 3 weeks and several conversations to get here, I appreciate that they made things right. Thank you for working with me to resolve this situation. I’m currently at my unit and need immediate assistance. The lock I placed on my unit Tuesday, today is Friday, has been replaced with a different lock. I left a message 15 minutes ago at 10:30 AM during business hours but haven’t received a callback yet. This is an urgent security concern—please contact me as soon as possible so we can resolve this.”

Jamie was incredibly helpful and professional throughout the entire process of getting my unit. She took the time to go above and beyond for me. The facility itself is clean and well-maintained. Great experience all around.

Items were stolen from our storage unit, which was extremely frustrating. The staff is rarely present, making it difficult to get help or address issues when they arise. On top of that, the gate was shut off during Thanksgiving when it should have been open. This caused major problems for us since we needed access to our items while preparing dinner that night. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

This is the first time I have ever used any storage facility, and I'm an old guy. Jamie was terrific, she walked me through the rental forms and answered all my questions. Great service, thanks Jamie. 3 months later.................................. I have moved into my new apartment, and emptied out my storage unit. When I went into the office, who was there? Jamie, and she was great as usual.
