For the most part this is one of the best kept, maintained, and easy access units I've had in my 30 years of using storage rentals. For business, personal use etc. I do believe this is the largest of the Public Storage facilities in the Springs, bit I could be mistaken. Either way, staff is easy to work with, friendly but firm....I know my stuff is protected better than most. I have a 3rd floor interior unit. So far, (I know I'm jinxing myself) rent and insurance have stayed reasonable. The only real complaint I have; they're profiting off those who need to use facilities after hours. Those prices are unreasonable. 10-15 a month seems acceptable. Just a humble opinion.

We have been renters at the same location for over 6+years, never had any issues, property is always clean. Customer service is always great, in particular current property manager Stephanie. Always greeted with a smile and very pleasant.
