I have had the pleasure of using Public Storage for many years. The head manager Pamela has been the biggest help with ensuring I am taken care of throughout the years. She is the main reason that I stayed with Public Storage for so long! She is very quick to resolve any issues, questions, and/or help you with your storage. She takes care of the property, answers the phone or calls back almost immediately even on her days off. She is very professional, personable, efficient, informative, kind, caring, provides excellent customer service, takes care of the outside property/office, and makes sure that her customers are taken care of! Glad I used this facility! Signing up was quick and easy. Closing the account was easy. Property manager was available in person and easy to catch on the phone. Getting in and out of the gate was also easy, can be a code or phone app remote. Will use this place again if I need storage!

After a rather dramatic fork in the marital road, I found myself hunting for a spot to stash what’s left of my worldly goods. I stopped by Public Storage on Centennial Boulevard and was greeted by Pamela, who deserves her own cape and theme music. She walked me through every option with patience, good humor, and the kind of warmth that makes you forget you’re talking about tin roof boxes with roll-up doors. Alas, divorce has many costs, and at the moment their prices float just beyond the comfortable reach of a man recently returned to the bachelor economy. So for now, my belongings and I shall continue our noble life in the back of my truck—cozy, fuel-efficient, character-building. But let me be clear: As soon as fortune stops ignoring my calls Ill be dragging my gear straight back to Pamela at Public Storage. Good customer service is rare.
