I have rented from the location off of Tomah Dr. for almost a decade in several units. Facility is always clean, secure and staff are friendly. In the 10 years I've been here, I have had no issues with security or pests. When vacating my unit this week due to a move, the property manager, Jon, was extremely helpful and was a joy to work with. I forgot my keys in another state and he helped me set up the lock cutting last minute. A life saver! If I ever move back here, this location will be the one I use! Highly recommend.

Switched units today to a bigger size. Even though on Sunday and busy worker went out of his way to help me. Pricing is great. Offers 24 hour service! Overall very safe and very clean. A +++ especially to the worker that went beyond expected. Very friendly. Thank you Kendra and Terry Mitchell

John was incredibly helpful on site and a standout example of genuine customer care. I watched him work with other clients while assisting me, and he was consistently patient, flexible, and attentive to everyone’s needs. He clearly cares about both the customers and the operation, taking time to explain things thoroughly while staying efficient. That kind of presence and professionalism makes a big difference.

I’ve been here for a couple years now and have no complaints. Bryan is amazing and helped me get some fees reversed after being late on my payment. He was amazing and made me feel like family .Plus, this was all done within a day!!! I highly recommend this place and loved working with Bryan.
