Can't do this review without shouting out the staff, who have been nothing but kind and professional Shannon you're very nice and also just an extra warm welcome from you felt very genuine, and just like ESS to know that you're doing awesome work here. Thanks again, I would definitely recommend this place of business, whether you're a local, or visiting or just moving here from somewhere else. 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had a unit and I won’t lie , I was a month behind. However when I went to get the exact payment due for the last month and the current month. They gave me one price and when I went in the next day to pay the bill. $180 They told me that the bill was now 290 for the auction fee. They were not going to auction it for another 27 days if I had not paid the bill by then. I didn’t have the money and they waited until a couple days before and asked me when I was going to pay the bill. They are not good people and they do this to a lot of people. It’s like she was rubbing it in that I was going to kiss my stuff . Knowing I didn’t have the money.

Incredible location. The most personable people inside. Especially Kasandra! She is so great at connecting with people and seeing how she can help out wherever... Extra Storage yall are seriously so lucky to have someone like that. Keep spreading the joy friend

Cass and Zack—both very friendly, helpful, and kind! Have been here for about 7 months, and I have never had an interaction that was less than helpful. Great space!
