This place is a total rip-off. They tripled my rent ((seriously) over a 2.5 year period, don't plow - so ice accumulates in all the drives (see, photos, it looks like this all winter) and then melts onto the floor of your unit in spring. This place is a disaster and should be avoided at all costs. The only nice thing I can say is that Stephanie, the manager of the place, is friendly and does her best to be helpful (even though her hands are mostly tied by corporate).

This facility is one of the worst and I've stored at over 10+ facilities with multiple companies. Upon move in my unit was FILTHY and had to clean myself. The fence was cut with a big hole in it right across from my unit and the window going into the building was shattered out and the property manager failed to even clean the broken glass up for weeks. The worst part about this facility is that they apparently have lots of thefts so therefore they've allowed police full access.. But instead of that reducing thefts it led to me being harassed by police and treated as if me simply being present inside the gate (remind you I had to enter my code to get my vehicle in the gate) justified being snuck up on by 6+ Police at once demanding to see my hands and treating me as of I was a criminal. I verified with them I was a paying customer and at my unit, yet they continued to harass me and the whole time all I had done was be present as a paying customer conducting normal business! So be prepared to be treated like a criminal while the real criminals are continuing to rob your belongings on a regular basis. I should not fear police harassment every time I want to access my belongings and therefore have essentially avoided even returning to my unit. Store ANYWHERE but NOT HERE!!!!

We checked out a few places to store our small teardrop trailer, but we selected the Public Storage on South Clinton Street because of the site manager Stephanie!! She is absolutely incredible and helped us so much when the automated system couldn’t. She showed us different options and asked all the right questions. If you want storage you can trust-definitely talk with Stephanie, she will set you up!!

They have been trying to charge my card 3x and i have not been with them for the past two months and they say they take you off but they dont. And this morning they tried to charge my card again and i dojt have nothing to do with them. I only used them for the two months i needed and got out and they still trying to charge me for sokething i am not using. At this point i have to go to the BBB and try and get my money back they charge me. IF ANYTHING I WOULD AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST SEEMS CHEAP BUT THEY WILL ROB YOU EVEN IF YOU DONT USE THEM ANYMORE SO IF I YOUR YOU ID LOOK ELSEWHERE AND SOEND A LITTLE MORE CAUE THESE GUYS WELL TRY TO BLEED YOU DRY.

We are struggling and now from a 3 bedroom ro a studio. I have so much stuff . So grateful for their kind heart. I have left late the 1st two nights there. Thank you guys for being understanding.
