BEWARE! There’s a reason why all of the most recent reviews here are negative. I knew the way they treated me wasn’t only limited to me. Welp, bad customer service will always be the downfall of a business & there seems to be a consistent issue here. New management took over & they’re incredibly rude and aggressive. I was honestly mindblown by how rude and unprofessional Jim and Adam are, I had to record the interaction. They’re also unresponsive if you want to contact them about any issues you’re having. I had to go in person to finally get some type of response. it’s been nothing short of a headache dealing with them & Honestly the business seems a bit sketchy if you ask me. & I rented with cubesmart for 9 months before they took over and I didnt have a single issue. They’ve only been management for 2 months & it’s been a mess. Spare yourself the extra frustration if you can, everywhere else is cheaper anyway

BEWARE - all of the good reviews for this location are from before, when they were previously a CubeSmart storage location. As of about a month ago, it has become Valentia Self Storage, and our experience with trying to cancel with them has been absolutely ridiculous. When they first became Valentia, we got a phone call from the owner explaining all the changes, and also letting us know our monthly rate would be increased by over 50%. For this reason, we decided to cancel our membership and find storage elsewhere for way cheaper (which isn’t hard, btw - these prices are outrageous for the space you’re getting). On the website, it says you need to give 30 days written notice. We emailed them 8/31 to cancel, stating we would be out by the end of September. Never heard from anybody, so we filled out 2 inquires on the website. Still nothing. We then tried to call, left a message. Even texted the number. Still, no response. We moved all of our stuff out 9/30, contacted them to let them know we moved out, still heard nothing. Then lo and behold, 10/1 comes and we get charged for the storage space. I am now in the middle of disputing this charge with Chase so it should be fine, but what an absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional experience. We stored stuff here for over 2 years when they were CubeSmart and had zero issues. Not sure who this company is or where they came from, but I would recommend finding storage elsewhere. This company gives off sketchy vibes and their language in the new rental agreement they wanted us to sign was sketchy too. TLDR: you’ll never get a response from anybody when you try to cancel your storage plan, they’ll continue charging you even after canceling, and you can find way cheaper storage elsewhere. UPDATE 11/1: They have charged us AGAIN for another month of storage. Unbelievable. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE, SHADY AS HELL. UPDATE 12/1: They charged us AGAIN. Will now need to charge back on my credit card AGAIN. Truly unbelievable.

Before renting at this storage unit just be aware of these review with positive feedback it’s from CubeSmart Not Valentina Self Storage the Manager Adam is horrible and it’s honestly astonishing that you guys would hire somebody that is disrespectful, belittling and not helpful at all. I had a great experience before they changed the management & the name. Please be aware before renting anything here.

like most people comment here, It’s no longer Cube Smart. The new management they are so aggressive. I want to move out on 11/30/25 . I requested to move out on 11/01/25 for December 30. but I can’t because December only has 30 days. I was told that since December only have 30 days, now I have to stay there for another month. Even if I move out on December the 1st they want to charge me the full price. Run away as fast as you can. Run Run Run far away. Very Very aggressive.

New management with unnecessary upgrades will raise your rent 50% without notice. They will ignore you and not let you cancel. Plenty of texts, emails, and calls ignored. We already charged back for last month and they charged us again today. STAY AWAY Update: they charged us again for the 3rd month in a row. We will chargeback it again and this time take to the BBB. I can’t stress this enough, avoid this place with the shadiest owners. Super weird behavior. Scam artists
