Horrible storage facility. They treat their employees like trash and they go through your stuff if you go into lean statues. There is some crazy old man there who’s a tenant but is buddy, buddy with the manager and she lets him run the place. The lies about a bunch of stuff and got the other manager fired. It’s really sad how they treat people. The old man will flip out and start yelling and cussing at you and charge at you to try to intimidate you. It’s actually funny unless you’re a smaller person. I’ve seen him scare some little old couples and some smaller younger people too. He’s just a dumb bully. This is a terrible place for sure. They need new management and kick out the grumpy old man!

Five stars. Smooth from start to finish. I booked online in a few minutes and got my gate code right away. No office visit needed. When I arrived, my drive up outside unit was clean and ready. I parked next to the door, unloaded fast, and headed out. The steps were clear and simple. It was easy to pull into, so moving boxes was a breeze. Everything worked the first time. I liked that it was contactless, yet help was easy to reach if needed. If you want quick, low stress storage, this place delivers. Drive up access saves time and effort. Thank you to Naomi and the team for an easy move in.

I have been with store local since before they were store local approximately 4 1/2 years, and it has been the best experience that I've ever had. They have been extremely helpful, Ive been late many times and they always work with me and listen to what I have to say about why was late. Though it was my fault, they treated me like it was going to be OK. They've always been very helpful with me. In fact, I bought a pickup with a snowplow package from them for much cheaper than I could have gotten it anywhere else. The manager Naomi. Has been the most helpful person I've ever had the pleasure of interaction with as far as a manager at a storage facility, She's the most polite, helpful and friendly person that I've ever met. I appreciate her very much. Naomi goes way above and beyond and shes a huge asset to your company. If you lost her, you would be losing an extremely important asset for your company. it has been the best experience storage or otherwise. Being that I'm somebody who's extremely hard to please at times Naomi has never failed in keeping me happy. My overall opinion of store local is that if you go anywhere else your making a huge mistake..
