My experience has been great so far! Kendrick (store manager) was really helpful in setting up an account and determining the best solution for size and quantity of items I'm storing. The facility is clean, bright, climate controlled. I appreciate that the carts are reliable and near the doors for loading. I would recommend if you're in the market for storage options.

I'm not one to write reviews, whether positive or negative. That being said, my experience at this location was the best I've had and I've moved across the country a few times. I drove 12 hrs from Arizona and was doing a last minute scramble to get my things out of there in time. Kendrick is a cool, calm, understanding dude, who worked with me, to help me get out of there. 5 stars all day, every day, for this location!

I stored my things here for 5 years. When moving out today, I asked if I would be credited a pro-rated amount for the remaining 20 days of my previously paid rent. I was told no, because I didn’t give them 15 day notice. Obviously, a money-making policy I think others should be aware of.
