SmartStop Self Storage - Lakewood - 12750 West Alameda Parkway

This site has housed my treasures long before it became, SmartStop. The staff at this site, is the saving grace of this storage reality. Lala, has helped me in every possible way, I, cannot thank her enough. (Thank You, Lala). How ever, the transition of ownership has been rather frustrating. The most infuriating aspect is the immediate rent increase and the multiple rent increases since. SmartStop has been ruthless and expensive. Each rent increase is around $40.00, which is demanded around ever six months. Rent late fee is $40.00, there is no leeway. If not for customer service, namely, Lala, I'd give this place a two, star review, the only thing going for it, and what is worthwhile and unique, is the on-site staff, especially, Lala. Thank you, Lala. Your personal attention and help are greatly appreciated. SmartStoo needs to give you a substantial raise, you are making them money. If it weren't for you, they wouldn't be getting mine. Surely, there are others who agree.
