This is a fantastic facility with outstanding staff and excellent customer service. I've never seen anything out of order, the carts are heavy duty. Cierra helped me and was just a perfect 10 on really making sure I was happy, went out of her way more than once. The prices are very fair and were not raised excessively even over 4ish years. It's easy to get around in and kept my stuff safe for years. You don't need to look any further!

Updated Review: 4 Stars After posting my initial review, I received a call from the district manager who was incredibly helpful and understanding. He took the time to listen, acknowledged the issues, and worked to resolve the situation—which I really appreciated. The facility itself is solid, but still needs improvements—especially with the elevators and cooling system. I was told these issues are expected to be resolved within the next month, and I’m hopeful that timeline holds. What stood out was the contrast in how the district manager handled things versus the on-site team. He made me feel heard and valued as a customer, which was all I was really looking for from the start. Thank you again for stepping in and taking action—it made a difference. If the issues are resolved in a month or so, I’ll update my review again. Thank you. For others looking at this facility, you can see my previous review below. Issues are not yet resolved but are planned to be resolved by district manager, which is a positive sign. —— 2 Stars – Poor experience with management, ongoing issues with elevators The first month was fine, but after that, the service elevators kept breaking. Every time I visited, at least one elevator was completely out of service. The only functioning elevator was unreliable and slow — the door buttons didn’t work properly, causing frustrating delays, especially when others were waiting. I understand that maintenance issues happen, and I would’ve been patient if it had lasted a few weeks. But four months of elevator problems is unacceptable. I called several times to check in, and each time management assured me it would be fixed soon. Eventually, when I politely asked for a credit due to the ongoing inconvenience, I was told I could just “move out.” That response really said everything. I’ve been respectful throughout this, but it’s clear the management doesn’t prioritize customer experience. That’s why I’m leaving this review. If you’re okay waiting long periods for an elevator, the facility itself isn’t bad. But the way management handled a months-long issue, with no compensation, accountability, or empathy, deserves 2 stars. Also worth noting: the AC inside has been noticeably off, making the building warmer. It feels like they’re cutting corners, while still charging customers full price. At a certain point, it starts to feel dishonest.

Cierra the manager was great! She helped us make a better selection for the unit we needed. The staff is always friendly and reliable to answer any questions I have. The temperature in the storage is always at a perfect “cool” for the supplies I am storing. I highly recommend this place for a clean climate controlled storage.

Access hours have now been limited to 9am-6pm! I get that there is a large transient junkie problem in the area and people have been living in the units. But how are you going to punish all your long term, reliable custoners by raising our rates while simultaneously reducing the already poor accessibility? 8am to 8pm seems like a more reasonable compromise. The facility itself is reasonably clean and maintained, and Carl is nice.

STORQUEST THIS IS B.S.!!! BECAUSE YOU ARE TOO CHEAP TO HIRE OVERNIGHT SECURITY FOR THIS LOCATION, YOU WANT TO CHANGE THE HOURS TO OFFICE HOURS ONLY AND KEEP PEOPLE FROM THEIR BELONGINGS. I AM A LONG TIME.CUSTOMER HAVE BEEN RENTING HERE FOR OVER FIVE YEARS. I WOULD HAVE NEVER BROUGHT MY BUSINESS HERE IF THAT HAD BEEN THE HOURS. AND THEN YOU WANNA CHARGE ME THE SAME RATE WHEN I CAN'T HAVE ACCESS TO MY STUFF?? ALL BECAUSE YOU CAN'T CONTROL THE HOMELESS. STAYING HERE BECAUSE YOU DON'T WANT TO HIRE SECURITY. SO BECAUSE YOU'RE TOO CHEAP, YOU'RE MAKING YOUR CUSTOMERS SUFFER. YOU MAKE MORE THAN ENOUGH MONEY AS A COMPANY TO HIRE SECURITY. AND YOU'RE LOSING SO MUCH BUSINESS.SO MANY PEOPLE ARE MOVING OUT.IF YOU'RE LOOKING TO RENT HERE, DON'T RENT HERE. I'M STARTING TO THINK I DON'T LIKE STORE QUEST VERY MUCH ANYMORE.
