Eddie and Matt were super helpful during my time using Storquest on South Park. I have used this location twice in 2 yrs. I had my very heavy mattress fall out of my unit into the walkway and I couldn't move it. Eddie helped me pick it up and put it in a place that opened up more space. Another time I left my dog bed out in the parking lot and Matt went out and got it and put it somewhere safe till I could get back there. The place is kept clean and prices are comparable.

mat is the most incredible person so kind so helpful. he's professional knowledgeable. he actually cares about every single person that has ever come in. he makes you feel heard. that man needs a raise. and a promotion. thank you matt for being everything my family needed. my kids love him I love him he's so wonderful. he doesn't even know how important he is.

Matt and Eddie were both awesome! Also, as a company or at least what my experience with them was, I would highly recommend going with them over Public Storage specifically. I can’t really speak for others, but my experience was night and day difference with StorQuest, for the better. I don’t remember which I spoke to at move-in. I think Eddie. He got me in same day over the phone and was super nice and helpful through the whole process. I ended up moving my vehicle out of the space within the week, but I forgot to call and let them know. When I got an automatic notification about my rent being due a month later, I was worried that there would be a hassle or a fight over the rent payment because I had forgotten to notify them that I moved out in advance. Instead, Matt was incredibly nice over the phone and covered the small fee for me. The price was better to begin with than the competition, I should mention. All in all a basically perfect experience and I am happy to highly recommend them if you need storage!

My elderly parents moved near this store a year ago. They got a large storage unit and have been going through it slowly. They were at a point to downsize the unit this past week. Matt and Eddie were so kind in answering all of my mother’s questions and resolving concerns she had. Matt even helped us move a large heavy locked filing cabinet. So grateful for these two going above and beyond to give wonderful customer service that you don’t run into very often. Thanks so much for helping!
